Advent Wreath Workshop

On the first Sunday of Advent Wesley Grove UMC proudly offers an Advent Wreath workshop and pizza after our 11:00 worship service to any individuals interested.

All attendees will be supplied with a large platter, four floral sponge bricks bound together, candles, fresh tree clippings (from evergreen, spruce, magnolia, and holly tress), and decorative items to personalize your wreath. You have the flexibility to create a wreath as large or as small as the space in your home allows!

We hope you will be able to participate in this event as it provides a wonderful way for you and your family to remember the four virtues Jesus brings us each Sunday of Advent as you light each candle: Hope, Love, Joy, and Peace. On Christmas Eve and/or Christmas Day we light the Christ candle to remind us that Jesus is the light of the world. The Advent Wreath is a symbol for us Christians which continually reminds us the coming of Jesus and the fact that we are called to be followers of Jesus. Explore more about the Advent season here!

**All attendees are required to RSVP prior to the event so our coordinators can ensure the appropriate amount of materials are provided. If interested please RSVP to wgumcoffice@gmail.com.
