Sunday Worship

“Where Two or Three Gather in My Name …”

Worship is central to the life of Wesley Grove UMC. It provides the vital heartbeat that inspires and sustains all that we do. Worship celebrates God’s work and God’s presence. Through worship we receive God’s Word for us. Through worship we are given discernment and empowerment by the Spirit for our journey toward full devotion to Jesus the Christ. Worship inspires us, unifies us, and strengthens our community as members of the Body of Christ. It is the event and experience out of which grow all of our other activities. Our discipleship, outreach, fellowship, and ministries all are rooted in the times we gather to worship God.

Worship at Wesley Grove is a relevant, warm, balanced, and essential characteristic of the United Methodist traditions. Its focus is on God. We come together each week to praise God, to pray, to proclaim God’s word, and to make our promises to be God’s people during the rest of the week.

Come join us on Sundays as we seek to transform ourselves and the world for Christ and His Kingdom.
